This a bar that I go quite a bit with family and friends. The service was great until now. Never had a complaint. I am person who travelled around the world eating at all types of restaurants, I have worked in the industry in the US and in Spain, also I come from family with many professional chefs. But I would have to say I have never witness the rudeness of a "Chef" at this place or anywhere, she did not except our critisim in anyway. We returned a hamburger that in our experience was hard as a rock, overly done, tasted like overly used oil. One of the people who were at our table is a chef and tried it and agreed. The cook said she charged me because there wasn't anything wrong with it in her opinion and she had to charge me for her work. I asked for it back for my dog since she charged it anyways...she told me to go get it out of the trash myself and that she would record me, infront everyone with an aggressive, arrogant attitude and with a loud tone infront of the whole restaurant. Shameless. She had to even ask one guy infront of all if his hamburger was ok...poor guy was put on the spot...but my question is if the cook was defending her fresh meat to be so great why did she had the need to ask someone on the spot making a show about it and in a loud tone,enough for everyone to hear, even children? Unprofessional to say the least. I will have go to consumers to make a complaint-Very disrespectful and humiliated. Never in my life
