Delivered by the SENSEI - GRANDMASTER RANGEL RANGELOV 6TH DAN, PRESIDENT - AMATRA y National Director of the Krav Maga Department (Expert KME5) and defence techniques in Silat, as well as in the disciplines: Shotokan Karate, Kyokushin Karate, Sambo Combat, Kick Boxing, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Hapkido, Self-Defence, Police-Military Self-Defence.

• Personalised activities adapted to all types of physical conditions.
• Group placements will be accepted from 4 persons for each discipline, including children from the age of 9 years.
• Times will be arranged according to Sensei's availability.
