Hi! I'm Ana Rizo, I'm here to help you, as a guide, on a journey into your inner self, together we will achieve transformations that will allow you to achieving wellbeing.
I have been working at Clínica Monasterio in Elda since 2014, combining therapy for children and adults with talks and training. Since 2018 I also have a practice in Benidorm, in Clínica Mirall and also in Nutre-T in Albir.
I work on all stages of life and for this I use different techniques that I have learnt in certified training courses throughout my career.
My values in therapy are naturalness, humility, emotional closeness, and long experience, all mixed with a dose of humour.
