9 April 2023 at 17:46Impossible worse treatment and worse service 😡 if only we had eaten well and it was clean ,but apart from all that a very unpleasant person served us and insulted us.I do not recommend it at all.

9 April 2023 at 18:21Restaurant not very recommendable! We went to eat menu of the day 18.90 euros .... we sat on the terrace and immediately comes the waiter (very friendly) we ordered first mussels (with lots of hair) and grilled shrimp (very good) second rice with lobster
45 minutes after serving us the first ones, the waiter apologises for the rice taking a while because he says that a lot of people have arrived.

After an hour of waiting for the first people to be served, he apologised again and said that it wasn't long now... after 90 minutes, tired of waiting and seeing how they served people who arrived later, we asked him again and he apologised again and told us that the rice was still not ready. We got up, paid for what we had consumed (not the rice) and when the "restaurant manager" became hesitant and we asked him for the complaint form, he behaved with very bad manners, saying that we had refused to pay (when we had a ticket and receipt for the card payment) and that the only thing we were going to get was a refund of the 15 euros we had paid and that he didn't even care about those 15 euros (pointing to the full room).
With as many places as there are on the promenade we ended up at the worst one. The staff were very rude and rude. The only pity is not having recorded the conversation.

10 April 2023 at 19:50Pathetic restaurant, lousy treatment, we left without eating, we made a complaint and left threatened, of course we paid for what was consumed but not what was ordered as it never arrived, muscular and bacillon owner and at the same time rude, containers next to the tables on the terrace in one of the parts, smell, cockroaches etc etc in short, pitiful, soon they will have their corresponding inspections, they behaved so badly that we will go all the way.
