You must bring this voucher in PRINTED form. It’s no use showing it on your mobile screen: at the Terra Natura Murcia ticket offices, they only accept it on paper. Download it, print it out and take it with you.
Prices with the discount applied
One-day ticket with access to the zoo y to the water park:

They are €3 less per person. A family of two adults and two children goes from €90 to 78 €.
If you hold a large family, single-parent or disability card, please do not use this voucher. The park charges €21 per adult and €16 per child or senior citizen directly at the gate, which works out cheaper. This ticket is only available at the ticket office upon presentation of the relevant proof of eligibility and cannot be combined with any other offer, so the discounts cannot be combined.

What you’ll find
The zoo
Terra Natura Murcia recreates the habitats of the the African savannah and the Iberian Peninsula, with the animals separated by ditches and changes in level rather than bars, so you can see them up close. Giraffes, rhinos, lions, hyenas and otters, amongst others. Throughout the day there are displays featuring birds of prey and exotic birds and educational talks given by the keepers, which are usually the most highly rated by visitors to the park.
Aqua Natura
The water park is within the same complex, so you can walk from one to the other using the same ticket. Swimming pools, slides and a children’s area.
New for 2026: Tornado. This summer they’ve opened a new slide designed for those looking for speed and twists and turns. If you’re going with teenagers, this is the ride they’ll want to go on again and again.

- The voucher is valid for the summer season of 2026. The combined zoo and water park ticket price applies during the summer; the water park is closed outside the summer season.

Frequently asked questions
Can I show the voucher on my mobile?
No. At the ticket offices at Terra Natura Murcia, they require a printed copy. This is the main difference compared to the vouchers for the parks in Benidorm, which are accepted on screen.
Is one voucher valid for the whole group?

Does the ticket include entry to the water park?
Yes. During the summer season, your ticket grants you access to both the zoo and Aqua Natura, and you can move between the two as you please throughout the day.

For adult tickets, buying at the box office is usually a bit better value, but booking online saves you the queue and the hassle of printing the ticket. Choose whichever suits you best.
