How it works: Download the free voucher to your mobile, show it at the park ticket office when you buy your ticket, and you’ll get the €7 discount. You don’t need to register or pay anything here.

Prices with the discount applied

1-day ticket for both parks:

The Children aged 0 to 3 get in for free to both parks, accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

A family of two adults and two children goes from €192 to €164: that’s a saving of €28.

Note: Our €7 discount voucher only applies to the combined ticket for 1 day. If you choose the two-day option, you’ll pay the full official price. Even so, we’re letting you know so you can make an informed decision: €54 for two days at a leisurely pace, compared with €45 for visiting both parks in a single day.

Before you go: what you need to know

Aqua Natura is only open during the season. The water park is open from early April to early November. Outside these dates, the combined ticket isn’t worth it, as you’ll only be able to enter Terra Natura. Check the calendar before you go.

• The voucher is only valid for the 1-day combined ticket. This does not apply to the 2-day consecutive pass or to individual tickets for each park.
• The combined ticket is valid for the same day and you can’t visit the same park twice. If you want to go for two days, you’ll need the ticket for two consecutive days.
• Discounts cannot be combined. If you’re on the large family or single-parent rate (€40 per adult at the ticket office), that rate cannot be combined with any other offer, so you won’t be able to use this voucher on top of it.
• There is an afternoon session, valid for 3 hours before closing time, but only available at the ticket office. Please check opening times on the day you visit.
• For the attractions at Aqua Natura, you need a minimum height of 1.20 m on most slides.

What you’ll find in each park

Terra Natura Benidorm

A next-generation zoo with more than 1,500 animals of 200 species: elephants, lions, tigers, rhinos, primates, reptiles and exotic birds. The habitats are recreated without any visible barriers, so you can see the animals up close. Throughout the day, there are birds of prey displays and educational exhibits.

Aqua Natura Benidorm

More than 1,000 metres of slides, themed pools and a children’s play area. It features a sea lion show and the Mermaid School, which children usually love. The two parks are on the same site, so you can walk from one to the other.

Do I need to print out the voucher?

No. Download it onto your mobile and show it on your screen when you buy your ticket at the park’s ticket office.

Can I use it when shopping online?

It’s only available when buying at the ticket office.

Can you go to the park one day and then again another day?

With the 1-day combined ticket, no: you have to visit both on the same day. If you want to spread them out, there’s the 2-day consecutive combined ticket, which costs €54 for adults. Please note, however, that our €7 discount voucher only applies to the 1-day ticket.

Do young children have to pay?

Children under 4 years of age are admitted free of charge to both parks when accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Children aged 4 to 12 pay the child rate.
