16 June 2023 at 13:46Stickers even in the lift, rude, the new portal and I had to take out 4 stickers of the brand and 4 where advertising is left and another two inside one on the glass and another where the door opens upstairs, plus the lift. This is the 3rd time this month that they have passed by and they pretend to be the postman, be careful, disgusting. I do not recommend them.

16 October 2023 at 15:15We called at 14:50 because we forgot the key at home, 6 MINUTES later we called back to tell them that we had already found a copy and we didn't need their services, the manager or owner we do not know has started to call us and send us voicemails saying "you are shameless, you have to pay the same" I CONSIDER THIS A DISRESPECT AND WE WILL DENOUNCE IT, as it is not the first time we deal with this company and require their services but obviously it will be the LAST.

1 February 2024 at 17:51They opened my door in two seconds, literally, I understand that a trip at one in the middle of the day, has a cost and to open the door without the use of tools and without a tangible effort, they give you a 280€ and that without VAT, for me that is an abuse.
